NOTES ON PRICES

Prices shown for our villa are per week in UK pounds and are on the low side as it is important to us that we get guests who look after and enjoy the villa as we would.

Further discounts can be offered for couples or longer term lets. Should you prefer to pay in euros we just need to agree an exchange rate with you.

Weekend or mid-week breaks are charged pro-rata.

CHANGEOVER DAY

Changeover day is flexible to allow you to take advantage of cheaper mid week flight prices. 

The villa is let from 2.00p.m. on the arrival date to 10.00a.m. on the date of departure (if there are other guests arriving or departing) but you are welcome to leave your luggage in the villa and use the pool or go out.

BOOKING NOTES

Please contact us to check availability.  You can then make a provisional booking whilst  arranging your flights.  Provisional bookings are held for 7 days after which time we require a non-refunable deposit of 25% to confirm your booking.  The balance of payment along with a returnable deposit of £100 is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.  You can pay by bank transfer or cheque in pounds sterling or euros.
