Twin bedroom with 2 sets of patio doors leading onto 2 small balconies with views of the countryside and the Estate.
Kitchen with granite work surfaces and built in Bosch appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, fridge freezer; also a microwave and electric juicer.
The kitchen has a full range of quality accessories.
Lounge / Dining room with satellite TV and hi-fi system. Two sofas one of which converts into a double sofa bed, glass and metal table and 6 chairs. Patio doors open onto a terrace with garden furniture for al-fresco dining.
OUTSIDE
Covered and open terraces to front and rear of the property with sun loungers, parasol, table and chairs. There is a beautiful large pool with walk in steps and underwater lighting. The manicured gardens and lawn areas surrounding the pool and villas are enclosed. Free use of a tennis court. Plenty of off road parking. There are long safe sandy beaches a few minutes drive from this property.
NOTES ON ACCOMODATION
Quinta Madeira Villas are in a quiet location with large, mature enclosed gardens. The villa is air conditioned for the hot summer months, and for the cooler months there is underfloor heating throughout. The air conditioning units also give quick heating to the bedrooms and living areas. A welcome pack with essentials for the first day can be provided for a small additional charge. We provide bed linen, house and pool towels. Bed linen is changed at the end of each week. House towels are changed mid week.
