Our delightful holiday villa is situated on Quinta Madeira, a small estate of private villas just 1km from the centre of Almancil, a vibrant, small and friendly Portuguese town in the Golden Triangle of Central Algarve.  You will be within easy walking distance of local supermarkets, cafes and several top class restaurants and only a 10 minute drive from sandy beaches and Championship golf courses.

Quinta Madeira Villas consists of 12 two-bedroom townhouses which share a large pool with walk-in steps. The development is south facing enjoying all day sunshine. Our property (number 12) has both open and covered terraces at the front and rear, and both bedrooms have private balconies. It is finished to a high spec, is fully equipped and beautifully furnished.  It is fully air conditioned and has under floor heating for the Winter.

OUTSIDE

Covered and open terraces to front and rear of the property with sun loungers, parasol, table and chairs.  There is a beautiful large pool with walk in steps and underwater lighting.  The manicured gardens and lawn areas surrounding the pool and villas are enclosed.  Free use of a tennis court. Plenty of off road parking.  There are long safe sandy beaches a few minutes drive from this property.

NOTES ON ACCOMODATION

Quinta Madeira Villas are in a quiet  location with large, mature enclosed gardens.

The villa is air conditioned for the hot summer months, and for the cooler months there is underfloor heating throughout.  The air conditioning units also give quick heating to the bedrooms and living areas.  A welcome pack with essentials for the first day can be provided for a small additional charge.

We provide bed linen, house and pool towels.  Bed linen is changed at the end of each week.  House towels are changed mid week.

TRAVEL

Faro airport is only a 15 minute drive away.  Whilst a car is by no means essential, we would recommend a hire car in order to fully explore and tour the wonderful coastal areas and nearby villages. But, if you don't want to drive the local taxis are clean, reliable and inexpensive and there are numerous shops, bars and restaurants only a short walk away.
